On May 25th in Minneapolis, Minnesota, An African-American man named George Floyd was killed while in police custody. The frequency of these types of incidents inspired worldwide protests against systemic racism and social injustices. The photos displayed here are from the Boston's first George Floyd protest, which began at Boston Common, moved to the Dudley Square police station and returned to the Massachusetts State House.
